This long-running American auto company, founded by former railroad mechanic Walter Chrysler, has been producing high-quality cars, vans, and wagons for over 80 years, and Chrysler's pride in that illustrious past can be seen in its classic gold seal badge and retro-inspired cars like the PT Cruiser. However, that doesn't mean that the Detroit-based car manufacturer hasn't remained innovative. Alongside proven family favorites like the Town & Country and 300 sedan, Chrysler has also delved deeply into hybrid and electric vehicle technologies with its in-house research division, ENVI.
